El Ministerio de Educación convocó al Concurso de Ascenso de Escala Magisterial con el objetivo de que los docentes a nivel Nacional tengan mejores oportunidades laborales en el sector y de igual manera se incremente su remuneración mensual.

Para ello los docentes tienen hasta el día de mañana para inscribirse al Concurso mediante el siguiente link https://evaluaciondocente.perueduca.pe

Si un docente desea postular debe tener los siguientes requisitos:

.Ser profesor de la CPM perteneciente a la primera, segunda, tercera, cuarta, quinta, sexta o séptima escala magisterial.

. Contar con idoneidad ética, la cual se acredita con la declaración jurada virtual que debe ser completada por el postulante en la inscripción.

. Contar hasta la fecha de inicio del período de verificación de requisitos, con la cantidad mínima de años de servicios oficiales en la escala magisterial de la CPM a la que pertenezca.

Cabe mencionar que los concursos para ascender de escala magisterial debes tener un tiempo mínimo de permanencia en cada escala según la RVM 57-2021 – MINEDU :

-Primera Escala Magisterial permanencia dos (2) años

-Segunda Escala Magisterial permanencia dos (2) años

-Tercera Escala Magisterial permanencia tres (3) años

-Cuarta Escala Magisterial permanencia tres (3) años

-Quinta Escala Magisterial permanencia tres (3) años

-Sexta Escala Magisterial permanencia tres (3) años

-Séptima Escala Magisterial permanencia cuatro (4) años
