El pan es uno de los alimentos principales para el consumo humano y en esta fecha rendimos homenaje a los personajes y creadores de este alimento.
Este día rendimos homenaje a la creación de la Federación de Obreros Panaderos Estrellas del Perú, considerador el primer organismo sindical del país. Declarado con la Ley Nº 24655 el 9 de abril de 1987 durante el gobierno del presidente Alan García.
Conocido como panadero a la persona que elabora el pan. Este día se celebra la gran labor que tienen por ser el principal alimentador de la población, brindando un alimento que nunca falta en la mesa de la familia peruana.
El pan es un alimento elaborado de más de 2 mil años de antigüedad. Incluso muchas historias se cuentan alrededor de ese alimento, pasajes en la biblia, en los cuentos para niños, novelas, películas, entre otros. No serán los personajes principales, pero forman parte de la historia.
Muchos panificadores tienden a heredar esa habilidad por parte de los padres. Otras personas de un aprendizaje cognitivo, esta situación ocurre mucho en lugares alejados de las ciudades.
En la actualidad, este oficio se ha hecho más fácil por la moderna maquinaria y tecnología. El horario de fabricación inicia en la madrugada para tener todo listo el pan al día siguiente.
