En estos tiempos difíciles para toda nuestra sociedad a causa de la Pandemia, nos sentimos estresados, irritados y con ansiedad, es por ello que observando esta situación la Dirección Regional de Educación de Lima Metropolitana (DRELM) con el objetivo de que docentes, estudiantes y sus familias convivan en un ambiente virtual de armonía y aprendizaje continuo del manejo de las emociones, se brindará el curso de “Fortalecimiento de Habilidades Blandas para docentes de Lima”.
El curso ha sido elaborado por psicólogos y docentes de MAB Perú, un centro académico, que incentivará a los docentes a impartir a los estudiantes el control de sus emociones y buscar alternativas de solución ante la ansiedad, angustia, enojo, y temor al contagio que genera la actual coyuntura en la que nos encontramos.
Es por ello que el presente curso será una gran fortaleza para los docentes en su práctica pedagógica y para los estudiantes en el soporte que los maestros les brindarán, siendo este un beneficio para ambas partes y la salud mental de nuestra sociedad.
