Después de un año, obligado a cerrar por la llegada de la pandemia Covid-19, el centro arqueológico Kuntur Wasi, abre sus puertas al turismo. Los visitantes podrán recorrer el museo cumpliendo los protocolos de seguridad.

Este atractivo museo ubicado en la provincia de San Pablo, en la cuidad de Cajamarca, compartido por la comunidad Asociación Cultural Kuntur Wasi y por la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura (DDC) inició hace 27 años y se renueva de manera paulatina, debido a que este sitio arqueológico posee valiosas piezas de oro y cerámica.

Judith Padilla Malca, titular de la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura de Cajamarca, comento a la Agencia Andina, sobre las dudas del plan de vigilancia y seguridad por la pandemia, tenían que cumplir los protocolos dados por el Ministerio de Cultura para el caso de los museos.

Dicha institución orientó a la comunidad sobre el procedimiento para volver a operar, considerando la infraestructura del museo; era un espacio reducido donde la opción que le daban era contar con un aforo limitado por el distanciamiento social.

“Nosotros fuimos a Kuntur Wasi, la asociación se organizó y a inicios de marzo deciden abrir contando con lo indispensable para la implementación del protocolo sanitario. Hemos gestionado los permisos, se ha puesto señalética en la zona que tiene un solo acceso al museo y al centro arqueológico”, expresó.

El Ministerio de Cultura le otorgó la custodia y el mantenimiento de las piezas arqueológicas que son patrimonio de la nación. Abre sus puertas en el horario de 9:30 am a 02:30 pm y cada quince días la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura (DDC) realizará evaluaciones para verificar un posible alargamiento de horario. Adicionalmente, se llevará a cabo los protocolos de seguridad como el distanciamiento social de los turistas y las visitas serán por grupos de 5 personas incluida el guía.

CUARTO DE RESCATE

Sobre el Cuarto de Rescate, la Dirección Desconcentrada de Cultura tiene previsto abrir en mayo, pero se deberá acondicionar las instalaciones para el ingreso y salidas de los visitantes.

El ministro de Cultura, Alejandro Neyra, comentó sobre el presupuesto para la implementación de las medidas de bioseguridad en el recinto. El presupuesto se puede transferir en abril, tomando un tiempo de 20 días de arduo trabajo y en mayo comenzaría el atractivo turístico.
