Cuatro estudiantes de la UNI de las especialidades de Ingeniería Electrónica e Ingeniería de Telecomunicaciones: Leonardo Molina (6to ciclo); Jhomar Astuyari (5to ciclo); Manuel Baella (7mo ciclo); y José Guerra (4to ciclo), participaron del Concurso DSC Google Latam Challenge 2021, presentando su proyecto Izily, una red social educativa dirigida a poder ayudar tanto a escolares como a universitarios en sus clases virtuales.
En este acontecimiento que se realizó el pasado 20 de Marzo del presente año, tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir sala con países como Bolivia, México, Colombia, Guatemala y El Salvador. De esta manera puede compartir experiencias e incrementar sus conocimientos.
La competencia a nivel LATAM que incluye a los Developer Student Clubs (DSC), donde participan estudiantes universitarios de pregrado o posgrado con el objetivo de crecer como desarrolladores y educarse más sobre las tecnologías de Google.
Cabe mencionar que entre los meses de Abril y Junio participarán en la Competencia Mundial DSC Google Solution Challenge, donde tendrán el reto de buscar una solución a una problemática. Logrando aplicar la teoría con la práctica con soluciones reales según su contexto.
