Esta semana Huancavelica inició la vacunación contra la COVID-19 a adultos mayores de 60 años siendo la primera región del Perú en empezar esta fase de vacunación.

Maciste Díaz, Gobernador de Huancavelica, comunicó que al ampliarse la disponibilidad de 26,600 dosis de AstraZeneca que obtuvieron por parte del Gobierno permitió que se pueda iniciar esa fase de vacunación en los distritos de Ascensión y Huancavelica

De igual manera Loreto inició el proceso con adultos mayores de 65 años.

Loreto por su parte que inició la fase de vacunación para adultos mayores de 65 años debido a la mínima participación de adultos mayores de 70 años que fueron comunicados previamente.
