La Empresa Municipal de Festejos de Cusco (Emufec) y tras el anuncio del ministro de Cultura, Alejandro Neyra, alistan el protocolo sanitario para la celebración del Inti Raymi el 24 de junio próximo, que al igual que el año pasado será sin público y transmitida por el canal del Estado
Fernando Santoyo, presidente del directorio de Emufec, informó que cuentan con el denominado Plan Sol, quienes cuentan con las medidas que se adoptarán la seguridad, orden y limpieza y a la que se agregarán los protocolos sanitarios frente al COVID-19, con la participación de la Gerencia Regional de Salud (Geresa), esto fue lo que comentó: “Será con el cumplimiento de los protocolos y las restricciones que la declaratoria de estado de emergencia exige”.
Santoyo afirmó que el desarrollo de esta costumbre ancestral permitirá una reactivación del turismo sostenible y responsable en la zona. Como se sabe, el Inti Raymi considera tres actos: en la explanada del palacio inca del Qoricancha, en la Plaza de Armas y la explanada de la fortaleza de Sacsayhuamán. En este este último escenario está confirmado el rito ancestral. Sin embargo, en el resto de espacios se espera que no se registren aglomeraciones.
