El Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) permite a todos los electores que por algún motivo no podrán emitir su voto, la oportunidad de presentar una justificación sustentada para que no sean sancionados con la multa correspondiente.
La justificación para no ir a votar podría ser las siguientes:
Motivos de salud, desastres naturales, pérdida o robo del DNI, fallecimiento de algún familiar directo, viajes por estudios o salud, discapacidad física o mental, encontrarse en prisión, padecer de la Covid-19 o encontrarse en el grupo de riesgo, mayores de 65 años y padecer fiebre mayor a 37.5 grados.
Para poder realizar la justificación virtual deberán ingresar a la Página del Jurado Nacional de Elecciones (JNE) mediante el siguiente link: https://dispensavirtual.jne.gob.pe/login ,previamente deberás realizar un pago en el Banco de la Nación con el Código 01465.
Cuentan con dos días hábiles para tramitar la justificación después de la realización de los Comicios Electorales, es por ello que recomendamos se planifiquen para evitar la imposición de cualquier multa y sobre todo ser sinceros ante la presentación de la justificación ya que la responsabilidad de elegir a nuestras Autoridades es de todas y todos los Peruanos.
