El calor está próximo a despedirse de la capital, pero nuestro antojo de un rico ceviche se mantiene todo el año. Sin importar la estación, este plato bandera se ha posicionado en nuestras mesas peruanas y extranjeras. Sin embargo, hoy ya no es necesario pagar una alta suma de dinero por este plato, pues existen huariques gastronómicos que te harán disfrutar con el mismo sabor de siempre y a un precio más económico.
- Mercado N°1 de Surquillo:
Quiénes saben de ceviche, de manera infaltable te recomendarán este mercado, ya que aquí encontrarás la famosa cevichería “El Cevichano”. Donde podrás disfrutar de una buena sazón y platos bien servidos. La gente llega sin dudarlo.
- Mercado de Jesús María:
Otro huarique que no podía faltar en esta lista es la “Cevichería Andrea”, que participó en Mistura en el 2011 y 2012. Además, es grande la acogida que tiene día a día este local, porque siempre llega gente de diferentes distritos.
- Mercado Faucett Plaza de Bellavista:
La “Cevichería Tipo’s” es un clásico chalaco. Este huarique cuenta con varios locales y todos se llenan de gente que disfruta de los diferentes platos que ofrecen en su carta.
- Mercado Modelo de Chorrillos:
El puesto de “Don Julián” junto a su mujer Isabel, se hizo famoso por su fabulosa parihuela que trae cabrilla y corvina con camarones, calamares, choros, cilantro, chicha de jora y otros ingredientes secretos.
- Mercado Modelo de Monterrico:
Aquí encontrarás el huarique “Cevichería Muelle 46”, muchos dicen que aquí está el mejor ceviche. Ellos han estado en Mistura, además de, haber sido visitado por Astrid y Gastón Acurio.
