Esta medida se mantendrá hasta las 8:00 am. del lunes 12 de abril.
Redacción:
La venta de bebidas alcohólicas queda prohibida a nivel nacional por las Elecciones Generales, tendrá inicio desde mañana sábado a las 8:00 am. hasta el lunes 12 de abril a la misma hora.
Esta medida prohíbe la venta de alcohol en restaurantes, bares, bodegas, autoservicios, supermercados y comercio ambulatorio. En caso de no cumplir con las normas, habrá una sanción de cárcel no mayor a seis medes y la una multa de 2,790 soles y pena accesoria de inhabilitación, por igual tiempo que el de la condena.
Entre otras restricciones están; queda prohibido todo tipo de propaganda política y la participación de los candidatos en los medios de comunicación desde las 00:00 horas del sábado 10 de abril. Posteriormente, el domingo 11, no estarán permitidas las reuniones electorales, entre las 07:00 y 19:00 horas.
Un grupo de fiscalizadores serán desplegados en diversas regiones del país con el fin de hacer cumplir la normativa electoral y garantizar que la votación, en donde se elegirá al próximo Presidente de la República, vicepresidentes y congresistas, transcurra con normalidad.
