El Ministerio de Educación a través de su VIII Concurso de Buenas Prácticas Docentes 2020, premió con el segundo puesto a la docente Norma Elizabeth Salinas Montero, profesora de primaria de la IE Elvira García y García de Pueblo Libre.
La maestra utilizó como estrategia innovadora en tiempos de pandemia y educación virtual la experiencia que vivió junto a sus alumnas con los espectáculos “Sisi y su primer concierto” y “Allegro”, desde la plataforma web GTN En Vivo, reforzando el desarrollo cognitivo de niños, niñas y adolescentes.
“Después de ver una obra en el GTN hay que reflexionar sobre su contenido. (…) El material didáctico que brinda el Programa de Formación de Públicos a los docentes, me ayudó a tonificar las habilidades blandas de mis niñas y ejecutar con ellas una serie de actividades que propicien las aptitudes académicas y mejoren las relaciones sociales. Todas responden de manera muy positiva a los ejercicios, sobre todo mi alumna Jenny, quien tiene Síndrome de Down”, señaló la docente.
El Programa de Formación de Públicos del Gran Teatro Nacional se desarrolla desde el año 2012, siendo una herramienta para el desarrollo de proyectos que aporten al desarrollo de opinión y sentido crítico en un ambiente de armonía. De igual manera a la maestra Norma, le permitió enseñar geometría partiendo de una experiencia de contexto real utilizando la maqueta de una escenografía. Su proyecto se titula “Tengo algo que contarte desde casa”.
“Quiero entregar a mis alumnas las herramientas posibles para que entiendan el abanico de experiencias que ofrece esta vida. (…) Hay miles de menores que de pronto quieren ser artistas, productores, directores o cantantes. Empiezan a interesarse por las artes escénicas, actividades que no sabían que existían y ahora ven como vocación y fuente de ingreso económico. Niños, niñas y adolescentes reconocen en el teatro nuevos vocabularios y normas de comportamiento, aprenden a expresar libremente sus pensamientos y sensibilidades, se atreven a soñar, imaginar y crear”, añadió.
