El día de hoy el Ministro de Cultura junto a la Viceministra de Patrimonio Cultural e Industrias Culturales tuvieron una reunión con el Congresista Rubén Ramos, el Alcalde del Distrito de Orurillo, Alain Mendizábal; el Alcalde del Distrito de Zepita, Hugo Miranda; el Alcalde Provincial de Huancané, Alex Gómez; y el Alcalde Provincial de Azángaro, Flavio Mamani.
Esta reunión fue para discutir sobre los avances de restauración de templos coloniales ubicados en las zonas mencionadas. De igual manera coordinar próximas acciones de mejoramiento en la gestión de sitios arqueológicos y museos de las localidades
Hasta el día de hoy se vienen ejecutando obras de refacción en la iglesia de “San Pedro de Chepita” y el templo de “Nuestra Señora de la Asunción” de San Garo como la continuidad del compromiso del Ministerio de Cultura en salvaguardar el valioso Patrimonio Histórico de ambos sitios.
Se coordinarán próximas reuniones con la finalidad de laborar en la gestión de nuevos compromisos de restauración a través del trabajo articulado entre los distintos niveles del Gobierno.
