Por el inicio del año escolar 2021, Ricardo Cuenca, Ministro de Educación, expresó con esmero la confianza, compromiso y esfuerzo de todos los maestros del país. Se piensa que este año será mejor que el anterior en el sector educativo y que se logrará avances seguros hacia el retorno de las aulas sin complicaciones debido a las medidas sanitarias.
Ricardo Cuenca declaró sobre la extensión de las clases virtuales hasta el 15 de abril, en zonas donde no se han reportado casos de Covid-19 para un posible regreso a clases presenciales.
“El retorno a clases presenciales será seguro, gradual, flexible y voluntario y lo más probable es que se inicie en las zonas rurales de acuerdo con la decisión que adopten los docentes, directivos y padres de familia de cada comunidad o distrito donde se presente esa posibilidad”, sostuvo.
El Ministerio de Educación (Minedu) realizó una última evaluación de los indicadores epidemiológicos, donde muestra que aproximadamente un 22% de IE de zonas rurales estarían a puertas de abrir sus aulas y atender bajo la modalidad de clases semipresenciales, sin dejar de mencionar que deben cumplir con todos los protocolos de bioseguridad.
También, analizaron el hecho de realizar una evaluación de aprendizaje hacia los escolares durante el primer mes de estudios virtuales para reconocer que puntos necesitarían refuerzos, así como el estado emocional de los maestros, para que brinden las mejores condiciones de trabajo a los estudiantes.
Minedu ha distribuido más del 40% de tablets que adquirió, esta labor se completará a fin de mes; estaría beneficiando a 966, 293 estudiantes y 90,137 docentes de zonas rurales.
“En total, el Minedu entregará 1’056,430 tablets, más de 200 mil cargadores solares y medio millón de planes de datos destinados a estudiantes y docentes de 27,837 colegios públicos para asegurar la continuidad del servicio educativo durante la emergencia sanitaria generada por la pandemia”, explicó Ricardo Cuenca.
