No hay postre más sencillo que el que no requiere horno. Nada de pre calentar y esperar más de media hora para que tu delicia esté lista. Una gran opción para los días en los que la flojera te invade pero quieres un postre consentidor es utilizar tu horno de microondas. A continuación te compartimos tres recetas que estarán listas en menos de cinco minutos:
GALLETÓN DE CHISPAS DE CHOCOLATE:
En una taza añade una cucharada de mantequilla y dos de azúcar. Añade el extracto de vainilla, la pizca de sal y la leche y remueve para combinar. Agrega harina a la mezcla que hiciste y remueve para incorporar hasta que se vea homogénea. Después añade las chispas de chocolate y vuelve a mezclar.
En un plato que puedas meter al microondas coloca la mezcla y haz la forma de una galleta. Calienta por 30 segundos en el microondas. Deja reposar unos segundos. Luego vuelve a calentar por 20 segundos. Deja reposar de nuevo. Finalmente vuelve a calentar por 10 segundos. Como cada horno de microondas es distinto fíjate que la galleta ya esté cocinada al centro y quizá no tan cocinada en las orillas. La galleta terminará por hacerse cuando la saques del microondas.
BROWNIE EN TAZA:
Bate un huevo con 2 cucharadas de leche y 30 gramos de mantequilla derretida (no caliente). Añade 3 cucharadas de azúcar, 2 de harina y 2 de cocoa. Removemos hasta que quede todo bien integrado y, si deseas, colócale trocitos de chocolate por encima e introdúcelo en el microondas por un minuto y medio y disfruta.
CREMA VOLTEADA EN MICROONDAS:
Para lograr un buen caramelo, debes colocar en un recipiente pequeño media taza de azúcar blanca y agregar 2 cucharadas de agua. Una vez que el azúcar se haya humedecido debes cocinarlo por 4 minutos con 30 segundos.
Para la crema, debes batir 6 huevos con una lata de leche condensada y una lata de leche evaporada. Incorpora dos cucharadas de agua, una cucharada de maicena y una de vainilla hasta que todo quede uniforme. Una vez realizado este paso, debes volcar la mezcla sobre el molde acaramelado y, aunque no lo creas, cocinar en tu microondas a 17 minutos
