Un de los temas que a veces no quieren ser comentados por los candidatos presidenciales porque genera mucha polémica en nuestra sociedad es el enfoque de género, derechos para la comunidad LGTBI y de la mujer.
A continuación, te mencionamos algunos Partidos que citan en su Plan de Gobierno acciones para estos asuntos:
Juntos por el Perú (JP) de Verónika Mendoza, que propone aprobar el matrimonio igualitario y despenalizar el aborto hasta las 12 semanas, también asegurar una vida libre de violencia para niños, niñas, adolescentes y mujeres.
Partido Morado (PM) de Julio Guzmán, propone el acceso a la salud sexual y reproductiva, aprobar el aborto en situaciones de violación, luchar contra la violencia de la mujer y también reconocer legalmente a las parejas del mismo sexo.
Fuerza Popular (FP) de Keiko Fujimori, asumir el compromiso en la promoción de igualdad entre hombres y mujeres, erradicando la discriminación que afecta la libertad y dignidad de las mujeres en el Perú. Lucha contra la violencia hacia la mujer, suscitados en el ámbito familiar, social, laboral y político. Protección de la vida desde su concepción. Luchar contra todo acto de discriminación, incluyendo sus manifestaciones más lesivas, como la de origen, religiosa, política, orientación sexual, discapacidad u otra minoría.
Victoria Nacional (VN) de George Forsyth, trabajar para garantizar la igualdad de derechos de todas y todos los peruanos, en específico de la comunidad LGTBI. En Gestión Educativa preverán el embarazo adolescente y la violación sexual. Erradicar la práctica de la violencia contra la mujer, garantizar la seguridad de niños, niñas, adolescentes y mujeres. Pena máxima para violadores, feminicidas y agresores sin beneficios penitenciarios. Ejecución de programas sociales con intervenciones diferenciadas con enfoque intercultural y enfoque de género. Propuesta normativa para legalizar la unión civil entre dos personas del mismo sexo.
Acción Popular (AP) de Yony Lescano, desarrollar políticas para mitigar todo tipo de violencia familiar, principalmente de violencia a la mujer. Cárcel y castración química para los violadores de niños y mujeres. Garantizar que todos los hogares peruanos tengan acceso a la salud de calidad y adecuados a su cultura, en especial los hogares que viven en pobreza.
Renovación Popular (RP) de Rafael López Aliaga, generar oportunidades a todos los peruanos sin distinción de sexo con base en la meritocracia y sin ninguna clase de discriminación.
