Algo se nota diferente; pero, no sabemos el qué. Teniendo en cuenta que no siempre miramos de cerca nuestros propios pechos, tarde o temprano notamos los cambios. Porque el cáncer de mama tiene muchos síntomas que se manifiestan en pequeños rasgos llamativos: en cambios de tamaño, hinchazón o cambios en el pezón.

Por eso, hoy te compartimos cuáles son los síntomas de alerta para detectar a tiempo esta enfermedad:

• Endurecimiento de la mama:

Un síntoma clásico del cáncer de mama son los bultos en el seno. Pueden ser descubiertos muy rápidamente por palpación. Afortunadamente, no todos los bultos o endurecimientos son malignos.

• Huecos irregulares en el pecho:

Si la piel de la mama se encoge repentinamente hacia adentro, en algún punto en concreto de vuestro pecho, esto puede ser un signo de cáncer de mama.

• Secreciones de los pezones:

Aprieta los pezones ligeramente. Lo ideal sería que no pasara nada; pero, si se filtra líquido acuoso o sangriento, un médico debe examinarte los pechos.

Si presentas alguna de estas reacciones en tu cuerpo, acude de inmediato a tu centro de salud más cercano.
