La igualdad se hizo notar en el partido entre Sport Huancayo contra Alianza Universidad, donde los huanuqueños esperaron hasta los descuentos para igualar el marcador ante el «Rojo Matador» por 3-3. Seis goles y muchas emociones en el Estadio Miguel Grau del Callao.

Un primer tiempo soso. Sin muchas ocasiones de gol y con equipos que trataban de mostrar su mejor versión; pero, con eficacia poco favorable para ver goles en el Callao. No obstante; nadie tenía en mente que se venía una ola de goles para el complemento.

Sobre los 46′, Liliu se hizo presente en el área para anotar el 1-0. Tres minutos más tarde el «Rojo Matador», encontró el 2-0 por obra de Ronald Huaccha. Quedaba claro que el descanso le vino bien a los huancaínos por ponerse adelante en el marcador en menos de cinco minutos.

Sin embargo, un penal le dio vida a Alianza Universidad sobre los 59′ y este fue bien aprovechado por Carlos Neumann, quien no erró desde los 11 pasos para anotar el 2-1 parcial, cumpliendo con la inexorable “ley del ex”.

Sport Huancayo recibió un duro golpe ante el descuento de Alianza UDH, pero apareció Jimmy Valoyes para imponer su fútbol en el Callao y devolver la diferencia de dos goles (3-1) en el Callao.

Todo parecía fiesta para Sport Huancayo, pero Alianza Universidad nunca bajó los brazos y contó con otro penal a su favor para que Renato Espinosa recorte diferencias sobre los 73 minutos.

Seis minutos de adición para cerrar el partido y prácticamente se sentía la victoria de Huancayo, pero a los 93′ apareció el juvenil Deivy Carvajal para rematar de cabeza y decir que el partido culminaría 3-3 en el Miguel Grau.

Empate con sabor a victoria para Alianza Universidad, mientras que Sport Huancayo sigue recibiendo golpes en estas semanas. De esta manera, el «Rojo Matador» escolta a Sporting Cristal en el grupo B con 11 unidades y se pone a siete de los ‘celestes’. Por su parte, Alianza Universidad es cuarto con 10 unidades.
