Tras 108 días de incertidumbre, el Tribunal de Arbitraje Deportivo (TAS) se pronunció y fallo a favor de Alianza Lima que lo devuelve a la máxima categoría del futbol peruano. Solo queda esperar que ahora la Federación Peruana de Fútbol (FPF) se comunique para oficializar el regreso del conjunto de La Victoria.

En esa línea, el abogado y líder de la estrategia legal de Alianza Lima se refirió a la resolución del TAS a favor de Alianza: “Quiero felicitar a todo el pueblo aliancista. Este es un triunfo de todos ellos. Tuvimos una mala performance deportiva, esto fue muy claro e innegable. Pero sabíamos que la FPF no había aplicado las normas establecidas”, sostuvo en diálogo con RPP, con la confirmación de que Alianza Lima se encuentra en la Liga 1.

“Lo único que tiene que hacer la FPF ahorita es sacar un comunicado diciendo que Alianza Lima se queda en Primera y lamentablemente Carlos Stein va a Segunda División. Esto tiene que ser inmediatamente ya que es un fallo inapelable”, agregó el miembro del Fondo Blanquiazul.

Se espera que en las próximas horas la FPF se pronuncie y tome una decisión sobre la restitución de Alianza Lima a la Liga 1 y lo que pasara con Carlos Stein para esta temporada, la cual arrancó el pasado fin de semana.
