A pesar de ello, se muestra contento por todo lo que viene cosechando con el conjunto dirigido por Roberto Mosquera durante su estadía en La Florida, donde aprendió a realizar otras funciones diferentes a las que ya conocía.
“Gracias a Dios me siento bien, aportando al equipo. Debo seguir por el mismo camino, trabajando duro para estar preparado para los campeonatos que vienen. Estoy dando el aporte que el equipo necesita, si es con gol mucho mejor, pero trato de tener más tranquilidad en esos temas”, sostuvo el delantero nacional en diálogo con el canal oficial del club rimense.
Christopher Olivares espera tener una buena temporada con Sporting Cristal, y no solo conforma con completar una Liga 1 importante, sino también tentar un pase a la segunda ronda en la Copa Libertadores, certamen que se convirtió en el principal reto de los equipos peruanos en los últimos años.
“Al hincha de Sporting Cristal le diría que tenga tranquilidad y paciencia, que estoy trabajando duro en todos los entrenamientos para poder llegar bien a los campeonatos que vienen y para el presente también”, agregó el jugador de 22 años que en 2020 completó 26 encuentros con los de La Florida, haciéndose presente en el marcador en nueve ocasiones.
