Cienciano confirmó el buen momento que viene pasando en la Liga 1 y derrotó de forma contundente por 5 a 2 a Carlos Mannucci, en el duelo que bajó el telón a la sexta fecha de la Fase 1.

El equipo cusqueño no se guardó nada y desde el inicio salió a encimar a un cuadro trujillano que ha perdido la brújula en el torneo. Los primeros minutos fueron de dominio rojo y fruto de ello llegó la apertura del marcador a través de Adrián Ugarriza.

Cienciano nunca quitó el pie del acelerador y siguió presionando a Carlos Mannucci, muy flojo en las marcas, tanto del medio campo como la de su pareja de centrales. Ante tanto desconcierto trujillano, Abdiel Ayarza ponía el segundo de los imperiales. Y la presión cusqueña no cesó en esa primera parte y Juan Romagnoli se encargaba de establecer la goleada con un furibundo remate.

Carlos A. Mannucci amagó una reacción con el gol de descuento de Felipe Rodríguez. Minutos antes, Guevgeozián había fallado un penal, tras estrellar el balón en uno de los parantes de la portería cusqueña.

Pero las ilusiones trujillanas de remontar en el marcador, se diluyeron con la tarjeta roja a Luis García. Dicha ventaja fue aprovechada por Cienciano en la segunda parte, que pudo liquidar el encuentro con los dobletes de Ugarriza y Ayarza.

Con el partido ya sentenciado, Mannucci hizo un nuevo descuento en el tanteador, esta vez por intermedio de Palomino, pero la suerte ya estaba echada y los tres puntos fueron para los rojos que son los líderes en solitario de su grupo en la Liga 1.

Cienciano con este resultado lidera la tabla del grupo A con 13 puntos mientras que el equipo trujillano encadena su segunda derrota consecutiva.
