Sporting Cristal y Cantolao lideran la tabla con 13 puntos, en el tercer lugar se encuentra la U. Cesar Vallejo con 11 unidades, Alianza Lima quinto con 8 puntos y Municipal se ubica en el sexto lugar con 6. Universitario está séptimo con 5, Ayacucho FC y la Universidad San Martín tienen 4 unidades, mientras que cierran la tabla Comerciantes Unidos (3pts), Sport Boys (2pts) y Regatas Lima (1pt).
El 1ro y 2do lugar accederán de manera directa a las semifinales, mientras que el 3ro se enfrentará contra el 6to y el 4to se medirá contra el 5to, en un repechaje que definirá a los otros dos semifinalistas. La gran final del certamen se realizará el 04 de diciembre.
