La Copa Perú entra a su Liguilla final luego de haberse disputado sus tres primeras fases, las cuales no fueron transmitidas por ningún medio de comunicación, algo que, al parecer, cambiará para esta Fase 4.

Y es que según el periodista deportivo, José Valdeiglesias, la empresa de cable DirecTV se adjudicó los derechos de transmisión del denominado 'torneo del fútbol macho', lo que conlleva a que sus encuentros serán vistos solo por la señal de cable. Hay que recordar, que en las anteriores dos ediciones de la Copa Perú, fue Movistar Deportes la que se encargó de la televisación de sus encuentros.

Los equipos clasificados a la Liguilla Final son UD Parachique, ADT de Tarma, Alfonso Ugarte de Puno, Estrella Azul de Ventanilla, Unión San Martín de Pisco, Credicoop San Cristóbal de Moquegua, Maristas de Huacho y Los Caimanes de Puerto Eten.

De esta Fase 4 saldrán los equipos finalistas que disputarán los ascensos. El campeón de la Copa Perú jugará la Liga 1 del próximo año, mientras que el subcampeón disputará la Liga 2.
