La Confederación Sudamericana de Fútbol (CONMEBOL) confirmó a los árbitros que dirigirán los encuentros de la Selección Peruana en la fecha triple de septiembre para las Clasificatorias al Mundial Qatar 2022. 

Para el encuentro ante Uruguay, el 2 de septiembre, el árbitro será el argentino Néstor Pitana (Argentina). El resto de la terna es completamente argentina, excepto el brasileño Wagner Reway que estará a cargo del VAR. La terna argentina la completan Ezequiel Brailovsky (Asistente 1), Gabriel Chade (Asistente 2), Nicolás Lamolina (Cuarto Árbitro) y German Delfino como asistente del VAR.

Tres días después, el 5 de septiembre, la ‘blanquirroja’ se verá las caras ante Venezuela y en este caso la terna si es netamente de un solo país, Ecuador. Guillermo Guerrero será el colegiado principal, los asistentes serán Byron Romero y Ricardo Baren, el cuarto árbitro será Luis Quiroz. Carlos Orbe y Christian Lescano serán los encargados del VAR.  

Para cerrar esta fecha triple de septiembre, los dirigidos por Ricardo Gareca visitarán Recife para enfrentar a Brasil. Wilmar Roldán de Colombia será el árbitro principal y tendrá a sus compatriotas Alexander Guzmán y Wilmar Navarro como asistentes. Esteban Ostojich de Uruguay estará en el VAR y los bolivianos Ivo Méndez (Cuarto Árbitro) y Gery Vargas (AVAR) completan esta terna.
